PRICING

Due to occasional changes in market conditions, Specialised-Therapies.com reserves the right to adjust or change prices at any time without prior notice. We will notify you via email or phone if we need to adjust pricing.

ORDER PROCESSING/SHIPPING

Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Specialised-Therapies.com ships within 48 hours of payment, excluding weekends and holidays. Although occasionally we do ship the same day as order if it is before 12:00 p.m. GMT. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail. International orders have varying times. Email us for arrival time to your country. All orders that have email addresses will receive an email with tracking information when the order ships. Specialised-Therapies.com has no control and assumes no responsibility once your order is handed over to the shipping company or carrier. Specialised-Therapies.com is not responsible for any and all shipment delays caused by weather or shipping carrier. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped. We do not ship COD.

BACK ORDERED ITEMS

Occasionally we may have to back order an item from your order. If this occurs you will be notified via email. Most back order items will ship within 1 week.

RETURNS/REFUSALS

All returns must be pre-approved by our returns department. Once your package is received please check it carefully. If you receive damaged goods, keep all damaged goods and invoice as you received them and notify us via e-mail. Specialised-Therapies.com will issue a Return Authorization number for the damaged goods to be returned back to us so that we can assess the damage, start the claim process and issue a replacement where applicable. Replacement products will not be issued if we do not receive the damaged products. With your return please include copy of the original invoice. Due to health reasons we cannot accept returns of any essential oils, blends, carrier and massage oils if the original seal has been broken. All returns must be in the original container. Custom made products cannot be returned. We do not reimburse shipping costs. Specialised-Therapies.com will accept returns due to our error, no questions asked. If the shipment is refused or an item is returned simply because you changed your mind there will be a 15% restocking fee.
